The London Football Exchange (LFE) will serve over 4 billion fans worldwide. Football is by far the most popular sport in the world attracting people from all countries. Not only is football the most watched game in the world with the FIFA World Cup being watched by almost 3.9 billion people, it is also one of the wealthiest sports in the world. The LFE introduces a new way for fans to participate in the football experience that goes beyond the football field, including special events that can only be purchased through the LFE with our tokens. Football Clubs will provide these unique experiences along with the opportunity for fans to become fractional owners of their favorite team. All this and more is being created by the LFE to enhance participation in the world's sport. The LFE Group has been described as being the only global conduit for football fan engagement as well as club financing while promoting the social good, youth development and gender equality.

TECHNOLOGY
The LFE has embraced the latest technology, including the blockchain, to fundamentally change the way business is completed in the football world. By issuing the LFE token and recording each and every transaction in a transparent, secure and efficient manner, we bring to the football fan and the football club a new way of interacting. Each fan will have their own wallet that allows them to complete each transaction in moments, while the club can complete its operational transactions at the end of each day using the blockchain as the ultimate record. Upon this foundation we are building a series of interrelated products and services that enhance the value of the ecosystem to every fan and every team that participates. This allows the LFE to reduce operational costs and share these savings with the clubs and their fans. The LFE blockchain technology will include a personalised mobile app that allows you to see up to date information about your purchases, your experiences and your token spending power all maintained in real-time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I spend my LFE tokens?
Once you purchase your LFE tokens and the tokens have been deposited into your wallet, it is intended that you will then be provided with further instructions to view, select and access football related services, merchandise, events or unique VIP experiences.. Please note that you will not be able to use the LFE tokens until the platform is fully established and further information is set out in the White Paper.
What specific rights come with my contribution?
Ownership of the LFE token will enable to participate in LFE ecosystem as it evolves. This ecosystem is described in the White Paper and includes ecosystem tools, such as the LFE digital wallet, the LFE payments system, the ability to earn LFE points, access to LFE events and LFE access passes to participating football clubs. Furthermore, having LFE tokens will enable you to gain access to a portal where, upon qualifying, you may be able to indirectly acquire shares in football clubs that are participating in the LFE Exchange.
Are there financial statements? If so, are they audited, and by whom?
To date, there are no financial statements that are publically available. At the close of the ITO, the LFE Exchange will have an audit completed by one of the big four global accounting firms and executive summaries of the report will be made available to contributors upon request.
Is there trading data? If so, is there some way to verify it?
There is no trading data for the token yet, as the exchange is not yet commercial. Approximately 6 weeks after the ITO is complete, contributors will receive instructions on how to access their digital tokens. During the ITO, when you make your contribution you will receive notification of exactly how many LFE tokens you have received for your contribution and the date/time that the transaction was completed.
How, when, and at what cost can I sell my contribution? For example, do I have a right to give the token or coin back to the company or to receive a refund? Can I resell the coin or token, and if so, are there any limitations on my ability to resell?
In general, all contributions made are final and reverse exchange is not possible. In the unlikely event that contributions were made in error, or the wrong quantity was entered LFE Exchange will provide reasonable access to remediation, although this may incur a service charge. LFE Exchange reserves the right to use its own judgment in such circumstances.
If a digital wallet is involved, what happens if I lose the key? Will I still have access to my investment?
If you lose the funds in your wallet during the transaction process for whatever reason, LFE Exchange will provide reasonable access to assist in the remediation of the situation. However the transaction takes place at the contributors risk, and LFE Exchange is not liable for misplaced funds.

Edwin was previously the CEO of SmartBit Auto. SmartBit uses blockchain technology to record the ownership and financial details of each car sale. He has extensive experience working with blockchain technology and FinTech, he teaches the “Blockchain and Business” course to industry executives around the world.

Peter Turnbull

An Accountant by profession, Peter invested his considerable financial backing from several of his successful property developments to become the Founder of the Australian Hyundai A League Club, Sydney FC. During his tenure there, Sydney FC won the League in its first year, and finished 5th in the FIFA World club championships. They also qualified and competed in the Asian Champions League. He later acquired the Mariners which was the opposite Sydney FC ‑ they were the smallest club, in the smallest market. The club qualified and competed twice in the Asian Champions League during Peter's tenure. Peter is the only Owner to have won the A League with two different clubs.
Peter also has an excellent ongoing reputation at the highest levels of the Australian and Asian game, and is also heavily involved in the community side, coaching the Australian Power Wheelchair team to 4th spot in the 2017 World Cup in Florida.
